Breakfast offered a large variety. The staff were helpful. My room was very clean and well kept. I found it quite comfortable. I really appreciated the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. The location was really convenient, being close to public transportation.
The street outside could be a bit noisy at times!

The hotel included a bar with a variety of drinks and snacks and it had a seating area. I noted it was open until 8 PM each evening. There was also afternoon tea available with pastries. This seemed to be a popular offering. The breakfast area was spacious and bright.

My room featured robe and slippers. This was a nice touch. It also had a fridge with both still and sparkling water, which I appreciated. The linens felt high-quality and the room cleaning service occurred daily.

The hotel is near public transportation. I could easily get around. Santa Maria Novella Train Station is about a ten-minute walk from the hotel. It made travel convenient. The surrounding area felt safe and pleasant.

the staff helped me at all times. the breakfast variety was satisfactory. room 403 was clean and bright it also had a terrace. bathroom products were provided and replenished daily which i found useful.
i noticed local young drug dealers nearby at night. it gets dark early in winter i had no issues though.

the location felt quiet near the popular four seasons hotel. it was approximately ten minutes away. the hotel is located conveniently close to the train station. the santa maria novella train station was an easy ten-minute walk.
